Working Pattern: Full Time (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

What You'll Do:
Put customers at the heart of everything you do with a passion for excellence.
Process orders and acknowledge customer requests within 12 hours.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance for audits.
Communicate effectively about order status and lead times.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly, ideally within 4 hours.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer claims.

Experience in customer service within an office setting.
Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
