NHS Tayside is seeking an exceptional Associate NMAHP Director to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of nursing, midwifery, and allied health professional services across our Corporate Services. This is an exciting time to join NHS Tayside, in this secondment opportunity. The Associate NMAHP Director role is a dynamic and evolving position, with the job description currently under review to ensure it reflects the organisation’s future direction and emerging priorities. While responsibilities will adapt over time, the current portfolio includes: Patient Experience leading person centred improvements and ensuring compassionate, responsive care Clinical Governance driving patient safety, quality and continuous improvement across services Professional & Practice Development supporting the development, capability and culture of our Nursing and Midwifery workforce As our strategic priorities progress, the role will flex to incorporate new areas of responsibility. We are therefore seeking a leader who is comfortable with change, thrives in complexity and has the ability to influence large scale improvement across the system. You will have scope to innovate, lead major change programmes and contribute to shaping the future of care delivery.
