Job review The People & Culture Assistant will support the People & Culture Team and our internal and external customers with high quality and timely guidance and accurate associated administration on policies and procedures, recruitment, payroll support, HR systems queries and compiling and maintaining records. Observing confidentiality in dealing with all colleague related matters and paperwork is required at all times. Your profile Essential Either: 12 months experience working in a Human Resources / People & Culture function or 12 months experience in a role which involves significant administrative tasks or Human Resource Management degree qualified Proficient IT Skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Preferable Experience of working within a manufacturing or FMCG business Working towards a CIPD qualification Power BI experience Payroll experience Success Factors and North Time Data / Workflow Infinity experience Skills And Abilities Possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written Keen willingness to learn and progress in their knowledge of working in a people & culture function Accuracy and attention to detail Taking own initiative and willing to share ideas for improvement Ambition Our Offer Factory location in Northern Ireland, therefore you must have right to work in the UK 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday Annual salary: £27,000 per annum Enhanced Company Sick Pay Death in Service Benefit (Salary x 2) Profit Related Pay (qualifying conditions applicable) 1 additional holiday per annum after 5 years’ service Plus many more
