A well-established law firm in Bromsgrove is currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Secretary or Paralegal to join its growing team on a full-time, on-site basis.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in residential conveyancing to provide crucial support to the Head of Property Services. You will not run your own caseload or undertake fee-earning responsibilities but will play a key role in the smooth running of residential property transactions.Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the Head of Property Services throughout the conveyancing processDrafting SDLTs, Replies to Requisitions and Transfer DeedsManaging AML onboarding proceduresProducing case management lettersOpening and closing filesLiaising with clients and estate agents to provide timely updatesHandling a variety of administrative tasks associated with residential conveyancing
Candidate Requirements:
A minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in residential conveyancing is essentialStrong working knowledge of conveyancing proceduresExcellent communication, telephone and typing skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organisational abilitiesAbility to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and use initiativeProficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systemsA team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment
