We are looking for an experienced Flexographic Printer to join our PSL (Pressure Sensitive Labels) team. If you have an exceptional eye for detail, a deep understanding of printing processes and experience in a similar role, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently setting up jobs and managing changeovers
2. Producing high-quality labels in line with ISO standards
3. Maximising production efficiency while minimising waste
4. Leading and supporting the Print Assistant
5. Conducting quality checks throughout the production process
6. Following all health & safety and standard operating procedures
7. Meeting and exceeding company KPIs
8. Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe
What We're Looking For:
1. Proven experience as a Flexographic Printer, specifically in high-quality label production
2. A keen eye for detail and thorough understanding of quality control procedures
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot on press
4. Excellent communication and numeracy skills
5. The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
6. Strong time manager and attendance record
7. Confidence in working to tight customer deadlines
