About the role As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside class teachers to support pupils with their learning, engagement and development. Responsibilities may include: General classroom support across the primary age range Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis Assisting with learning activities and classroom routines Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEN Encouraging positive behaviour and inclusion Opportunities range from day to day supply through to short term and longer term placements, with roles matched carefully to your experience, confidence level and availability.
