Role: * As an Injection Moulding Engineer you will be required to set machinery and production line equipment in line with production requirements, to ensure targets and deliveries are met. * You will be required to assist with planning and scheduling, and production. * Runs, considering factors like demand, resource availability, and lead times. * Monitor performance of all tooling, high-level automation and machinery equipment, carrying out continuous improvements to deliver gains in output and efficiency. * Analyse and optimise the injection moulding process to achieve desired part quality, cycle time, and production efficiency. * Be able to Troubleshoot equipment including Robots when issues may arise during the manufacturing process. * Maintain quality control procedures to ensure parts meet the required standards and specifications. * Identify opportunities for improvement in the injection moulding process and work to implement those changes. * Upskilling manufacturing technicians to improve knowledge and understanding of engineering matters Ensure all reasonable steps are taken in any setting and maintenance. * Responsible for ensuring that pre-start checks are carried out on all machines, prior to production commencement.
