Stonehaven Support Office are looking for someone who is;

We offer the flexibility of remote/hybrid working, with a general expectation of 2 days per week to be spent at our support office and the remainder of the week working from home or our care homes.
The role will consist of 30 hours per week (4 working days per week), shift patterns to be discussed.
You will be reportable to the Care, Compliance and Service Development Manager and Directors.
This role is to provide general administrative support within our Service Development Team, but also to the wider support office team as required.
You will be responsible for but not limited to the following functions within the team:
* Keeping records of and reporting on sickness absence.
* Keeping records of and reporting on disciplinary, dismissal and capability cases.
* Keeping records of and reporting on sponsored workers visa status.
* Provide advice and support on increasing our visibility, reputation and therefore increasing our occupancy across our care homes. This includes supporting with the development of the website and through the use of other platforms used for marketing our homes.
* Seek to continuously improve the local marketing, public relations and online profile of the homes to achieve successful outcomes that reflect each home’s individual unique selling points.
* Post jobs on our external advertising site, monitor and report on the current vacancies across the organisation.
* Collation of data and information from our systems for our Service Development Team. These include (but not limited to) training, audits, service improvement plans, staffing, recruitment.
* Book and prepare for meetings for our senior management team.
* Book training for our care homes, as well as prepare attendance sheets for these.
* Support with minute taking for a variety of meetings alongside the service development team and Directors as required.
