Your new role
* Support the development and execution of training initiatives by engaging in relevant sessions and sharing technical knowledge
* Maintain a professional and reliable presence as part of the technical team
* Carry out electrical tasks and routine maintenance to ensure systems remain operational and compliant
* Contribute to the delivery of technical services by addressing requests and assisting with planned activities
* Participate in regular team meetings, including weekly briefings, to stay aligned on tasks and expectations
* Manage and prioritise personal workload to complete PPMs, CMs, and reactive tasks within designated SLAs; communicate any delays or issues to the appropriate supervisor
* Document work updates and shift activities using logbooks, verbal handovers, emails, and status boards
* Cooperate with other service providers on-site to ensure smooth and integrated operations
* Perform electrical work in line with authorisation levels and established safety procedures
* Follow Safe System of Work protocols and apply them consistently across daily responsibilities
* Take part in shift-based knowledge sharing, including scenarios and learnings from manuals and site drawings
* Carry out duties with strict adherence to health and safety regulations
* Contribute to toolbox talks, safety walkarounds, and inspections as needed
What you'll need to succeed
* 18th Edition
* 2391 Testing & Inspection
* Level 3 Installation (NVQ or C&G)
* Experienced Electrical Engineer with a some background in supervision
* In-depth understanding of the facilities management sector
* Proven track record of collaborating with supply partners to ensure smooth, integrated service delivery
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard PC applications
* Highly self-driven and resourceful with a proactive mindset
* Solid administrative capabilities with attention to detail
* Well-organised and methodical in approach
* Skilled in effective prioritisation and forward planning
* Strong background in customer service and client-facing roles
* Excellent communicator with the ability to engage at all organisational levels
* Service-focused with a flair for innovative problem-solving
