New Build Sales Coordinator

Do you have experience managing high volumes of customer enquiries in a busy, fast-paced environment? As a New Build Sales Coordinator at Amplius,youllact as the first point of contact for new enquiries, working closely with colleagues and partners to keep the customer journey moving smoothly from first enquiry through to completion.
Salary: £32,012.40 per year
Contract: Permanent, full time
Your week: 36.25 hours Monday Friday 9am 5.15pm
Location: Based at our Boston office
Snapshot of your role
Manage all incoming sales enquiries across phone, email, websiteportalsand agents, ensuringtimelyand high-quality responses
Qualify andallocateenquiries to Sales Officers,maintainingclear oversight of progress and next steps
Act as the first point of contact for customers, providingaccurateinformation and setting clear expectations
Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuringaccuratedata capture, leadprogressionand consistent use across teams
Support the full sales process, including documentation, legaladministrationand post-completion tasks such as CORE Digital submissions
Assistwith scheme launches, marketing activity andmaintainingproperty listings across relevant portals
Monitor enquiry pipelines, track performance and support reporting,auditsand continuous improvement activity
Whatyoullneed to thrive in this role
Experience managing high volumes of customer enquiries within a structured, process-driven environment
Strong understanding of customer journeys, leadmanagementand service standards
Experience providing administrative support in a busy office setting
Confidence using CRM systems and databases to manage workflows and track performance
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive or complex queries professionally
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, manage competing demands and meet deadlines
High attention to detail, particularly in data entry, recordkeepingand document management
A proactive, team-focused approach, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
DBS clearance isrequiredfor this role.
