This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis, working 40 hours per week. You will be expected to work in and around the Barnsley area. Who are Novus Transforming Lives? Skills, Qualifications and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need to: Achieved Individual Placement and Support (IPS) training or be willing to work towards within 3 months of commencing employment. Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy IAG professional qualification at level 3 or above, or equivalent employability qualification (Desirable) Have previous experience in supporting and placing vulnerable people into employment Have a proven track record in recruitment and/or employment Demonstrate knowledge and/or experience of employment, training and related qualifications Have experience of partnership working and collaboration Be able to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their career goals Be able to work independently with a high level of self-sufficiency, confidence and effectiveness when working remotely or without direct supervision Understand the commercial context of the service and make decisions that support efficiency and good use of resources.
