We are looking for an Operations Manager to work within our Truro service. You will be jointly responsible for the delivery of high-quality recovery-orientated services (both clinical and non-clinical) for people with drug & alcohol misuse problems or mental health issues.
Main duties of the job
As an Operations Manager, you will collaborate with the Quality & Clinical Governance and Knowledge Management Teams to improve standards and seek efficiency savings. You should have experience managing budgets and a commitment to placing service users at the core of the organization. Excellent communication and people management skills are essential to engage stakeholders, lead teams, and deliver strategic objectives. You will also undertake safeguarding responsibilities, aligned with local and national structures. Additionally, you will oversee facility and property management related to service delivery and ensure data monitoring demonstrates the impact of the service.

Job responsibilities

Qualifications
* Successful candidates will need to provide 3 years of references and undergo an enhanced DBS check if applicable.

* Proven track record managing drug, alcohol, or mental health services
