Junior Account Manager
Brighton (Office Based)
£30–35k basic | £40–45k OTE
We’re working with a well established, international B2B business that is expanding its Brighton sales office and looking to hire a Junior Account Manager.
This role is open to graduates, career starters, and non experienced candidates, as well as those already working in a junior sales or account support role. Full training, close mentorship, and clear progression are built into the position.
The Role
You’ll work closely with an experienced Account Manager, supporting a portfolio of B2B customers. The role offers a strong foundation in account management, customer relationships, and commercial processes ideal for someone looking to build a long term career in sales.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting day to day activity across existing customer accounts
* Processing orders and handling customer enquiries
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients
* Learning how to identify opportunities within accounts
* Working closely with internal teams
* Building long term customer relationships
What we’re looking for
* Someone keen to build a career in B2B sales or account management
* For non experienced candidates: a degree in a business related subject or strong commercial acumen
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email
