Job Description
1. Provide legal counsel on corporate and finance transactions specific to the life sciences sector.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex agreements and contracts.
3. Advise clients on compliance and regulatory matters within the life sciences industry.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and strategic initiatives.
5. Manage and oversee due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
6. Ensure accurate and timely communication with clients and stakeholders.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, laws, and regulations affecting the life sciences sector.
8. Contribute to the development and training of junior associates within the legal department.
