We moved into our new HQ in the City of London in 2018. We're close to our clients, in the heart of the UK's financial centre. And we have everything we need to work flexibly.
The team
Schroders is establishing a Strategic Partnerships Unit to lead transformational collaborations with external entities that fundamentally reshape our capabilities, market position, and operating model. These efforts are designed to unlock new markets, build joint platforms, and align deeply with Schroders' long-term strategic vision.
What you'll do
Your primary focus will be to support the development of the proposition, identifying opportunities and conducting market intelligence to inform the team's strategy. You will be an integral part of the team by:
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Delivering high-quality materials, including presentations and proposal documents, building and updating a library of pitch materials that can be utilised regularly.
* External mapping: Support the mapping of key stakeholders at external targets, building relationships where required
* Market Intelligence: Conduct market, prospect and benchmarking analysis to identify opportunities to engage and propose options for potential partnerships
* Pipeline maintenance: Ensure pipeline is accurate, up-to-date and associated tasks are actioned as agreed
* Performance Monitoring: Track team's performance versus KPIs as well as partnership performance and value delivery
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely on with colleagues across Client Group and Investment to ensure alignment. Actively share best practice.

* Team player with the ability to build robust working relationships across the business and with external parties.
* Strong analytical acumen, ability to be able to decipher what is valuable information and avenues of opportunity.
* Structured operator with an emphasis on driving execution
* Possesses the ability to work in high pressure environments.
* Highly trustworthy and operates with integrity with commercially sensitive information
