As we continue our expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated Regional Operations Manager to join our team in London
The Role:
TheRegionalOperations Manager role will lead and oversee all aspects of property operations, services, and health & safety standards for Native Hyde Park, Native Mayfair and the Apartment Collection. The role will report directly to Native by Numa Director of UK Operations.
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Regional Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring the efficient running of the Native Places allocated properties, delivering outstanding service, maintaining safety standards, and supporting business growth. This role involves leadership of property teams, collaboration with cross-functional departments, and a focus on operational excellence. Its ideal for an experienced hospitality leader with strong strategic, operational, and people management skills.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Property Operations Management: Lead day-to-day operations across all the properties in his remit ensuring optimal performance and guest satisfaction.
Service Quality Improvement: Maintain high service standards, identifying opportunities for enhancement and ensuring consistency across the managed locations.
Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
Team Leadership: Mentor and support the operation staff, fostering collaboration across teams and departments.
Budget & Cost Management: Develop and manage property budgets, monitoring costs while maintaining quality. Working closely with Finance to ensure cost are monitored and well controlled.
Performance Evaluation: Track property KPIs and prepare reports for senior management to drive improvements.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum 3 years of experience managing operations in large hotels or aparthotels.
* Extensive knowledge of hotel departments and property management.
* Proven success in leading teams and implementing change in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and operational controls.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
