Secondary Teacher
Location: Telford, Shropshire
Protocol Education is seeking passionate and adaptable Secondary Teachers to work across a variety of schools in Telford and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality lessons, inspire students, and enjoy the flexibility of supply teaching without the extra workload of a permanent role.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons to KS3, KS4, and where applicable, KS5.
2. Maintain high standards of behaviour using fair and consistent strategies.
3. Support student wellbeing and act on any safeguarding concerns promptly.
4. Complete essential tasks such as registers and handover notes to ensure continuity.
5. Collaborate with school staff to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – including Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
7. Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the Secondary Curriculum.
8. Confident classroom management and effective communication skills.
9. Sound knowledge of safeguarding practices.
10. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
11. Flexible and able to adapt quickly to different school environments.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
