The Role:
The post holder is responsible for the Strategic Asset & Investment Manager for the operational delivery of a range of professional Land & Property functions including the management of Corporate Insurance and off-street car parking function.
Rate of pay: £47,181 per annum
Hours of work: 37 hours per week (which may include working outside normal office hours)
REQUIREMENTS:
It is essential that applicants have a minimum of:
QUALIFICATIONS
A third level qualification ie HNC, HND, NVQ Level 4, a Degree or equivalent in an appropriate building related discipline such as Estate Management, Surveying*
*applicants who do not possess a relevant third level qualification must demonstrate 5 years' relevant experience as below
EXPERIENCE
Two years' relevant experience in each of the following areas:
1. Land & Property Transactions including disposal and lettings
2. Financial and budget management
3. Building and maintaining effective collaborative relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders and analysing and resolving complex issues
4. Developing, implementing and reviewing relevant strategies/policies
KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills including presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to deal with complex technical and contractual issues
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to work on own initiative
Professional integrity
Working knowledge of ICT - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook etc
Knowledge of a corporate insurance and/or off street car parking function
DRIVING
Hold a full current driving licence (valid in the UK) and have access to a car at the closing date or have **access to a form of transport which will permit the applicant to carry out the duties of the post in full
