About the Role

As a Lead Design Engineer within the Wing Plant Engineering Team, you’ll be instrumental in delivering high-quality design solutions that keep our client’s wings moving to the Final Assembly Lines. This is a fast-paced environment where your expertise will directly impact product integrity and industrial performance.
What You’ll Do
You’ll lead design investigations and develop technical solutions for manufacturing non-conformances and design challenges, ensuring compliance with airworthiness and safety standards. Holding T200 design approval signatory, you’ll act as a technical authority, guiding the team and mentoring engineers. Your work will involve close collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering and other functions to deliver integrated solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
* Proven experience with concession approval design (ideally T200).
* Background in programmes such as A320, A330, or A350.
* Strong non-conformance expertise and ability to deliver under pressure.
* A proactive mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
