Key Duties
Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lensesConduct pre-screening tests and support optometrists during eye examinationsHandle and manage inventory, including ordering and stocking eyewear and accessoriesProvide after-care advice and ensure customers are satisfied with their eyewearMaintain cleanliness and organization of the optical store and examination roomsProcess payments, manage appointments, and handle administrative tasks efficientlyWorking hours will be Monday - Sunday 8:30am-5:30pmWork schedule: 5 days a week on a rotating basis, including weekends (but not every full weekend)No evening shiftsWork closely with excellent support team in a superb bright modern practice settingwork with a team that pride's themselves on offering the best eye care at affordable pricesManage all customer enquiery, while maintaining a well presented practice
