The Compliance Coordinator is a key role in the success of the funding risk aversion for the college group ensuring successful coordination and administration of apprenticeship audit activities. Regular training and development Duties To coordinate with guidance from the Group Head EPA and Compliance using the audit cycle To coordinate internal and external audits related to funding compliance of apprentices, working in close partnership with the MIS, Sales and the Delivery teams. To provide assurance to the Group Head EPA and Compliance that ESFA funding rules are being fully met through a robust audit and data reconciliation To ensure that any actions from audit are addressed in a timely manner and reported through all necessary channels To maintain and update systems with learner and employer data in accordance with GDPR To coordinate the auditing of learner packs to ensure compliant to the funding rules before processing to MiS for enrolment To ensure that all new Apprentices are created upon the E- Portfolio System. To coordinate the action of and for requests for information and data in a timely manner, working with internal and external stakeholders. To provide regular compliance reports to Group Head EPA and Compliance Support Group Head EPA and Compliance ensuring quality improvement plans fully reflect strengths and areas for development. Skills/Experience Recent experience in coordinating internal and external audits Experience of tracking and monitoring of audit results for analysis purposes Experience of auditing main provision for apprenticeships both informally as per continuous improvement strategy and formal aspect from ESFA/RSM Demonstrates excellent time management and organisational skills and able to work independently. Strong communication and customer service skills with internal and external stakeholders High level of digital skills in the use of Office 365 and learner management systems Qualifications At least a level 9-4 in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role.
