The successful candidate will handle customer queries related to billing and invoices, assist with reconciliation tasks, and provide credit control support during busy periods. This role suits someone with a genuine passion for customer service who is detail-oriented and takes ownership of tasks from start to finish.
Responsibilities
* Respond promptly and professionally to partner queries regarding billing and invoices.
* Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to partner billing.
* Coordinate with all teams within Flotek to investigate billing queries.
* Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, adjustments, and billing communications within the CRM system.
* Support partners with onboarding processes related to billing setup and ongoing account management.
* Identify process improvements and contribute to the refinement of billing and support procedures.
* Assist with reporting on ticketing stats on SLAs.
* Identify charges on partner invoices and provide an overview of what the charge is for.
* Assist the wider billing and finance team during bill runs, including invoice analysis and checking.
Qualifications
* A strong focus on customer service, handling billing and invoice queries promptly and accurately.
* Obsessive attention to detail with the ability to handle a high volume of work and meet regular deadlines.
* A financially and commercially minded approach with a desire to contribute to Management Information analytics.
* A drive for continual process improvement as the team scales.
* Adaptability to embrace change as new partners and companies are added to the group.
* Clear, professional, and confident communication, both written and verbal.
* Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
