We are looking for an enthusiastic Early Childhood Practitioner to join our nursery team on a permanent basis.
We have a welcoming and nurturing nursery with a skilled and fabulous staff team.
You will be responsible for your own key group but also be part of the team ensuring all our children are supported to learn and develop during their time at Nursery.
Skills & Experience Required
* Enthusiastic practitioner who is able to work on their own initiative and be responsive to the needs of all children.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a flexible approach with young children.
* Committed to ongoing professional learning and interested in taking the lead in the nursery improvement process.
* Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
* Good understanding of child development and milestones and ideally experience working within Early Years.
* Hold appropriate qualification e.g. SNNEB, NNEB, HNC, SCQF level 7, SVQ3 in Childcare and Education or SVQ3 Social Services (Children and Young People) and eligibility to register with SSSC.

This role requires you to be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC). If you are not yet registered, you can still apply, provided you are willing to apply for registration within 3 months of starting with us and be registered within 6 months.
