About the Role As an SEN Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to provide tailored support to students with a range of additional needs. Your role will involve one-to-one and small group support, helping pupils to access the curriculum, develop social skills, and reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities Provide in-class and out-of-class support for students with SEN Support personalised learning plans and EHCPs Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals Monitor and report on pupil progress What We’re Looking For Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (in school or other settings) A patient, empathetic and resilient approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent) desirable What You’ll Get in Return:
