Location
W.London (Hybrid). 2-3 days a week onsite
Compensation
£90k - £110k base (dependant on experience) + strong benefits (15% Bonus, 15% Pension, Flight Discounts + more)
Overview
You'll work closely with engineering, design and operational teams, using real product data, tooling and insight to shape priorities, guide delivery and ensure solutions land effectively in live environments.

Experience required
* Experience within management at Consultant / Senior Associate or Manager level or Big Tech / Startup (Fast paced)
* Numeric Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Sciences or equivalent
* Knowledge and experience of product development and delivery
* Proven experience of getting things done independently, prioritising & delivering projectsExperience in working in agile and digital environments
* Practical experience using project management and agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
Nice to have
* Understanding of airline operations (crew scheduling, IROPS, operations control, etc.)
* Worked in Operationally complex environments / products e.g Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing etc
