Job Description
Due to expansion, our clients, a highly successful and growing Surveying practice, are seeking a Residential Surveyor to work on a Consultancy basis. The role is available, working 2-3 days a week. The role will involve carrying out Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys
Working hours:
* Flexible working hours, 2-3 days a week
* Remote / WFH based
Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor
* 55% on net fees paid
* OTE of between £50,000 - £80,000 dependent on days worked
* Holiday Pay
* PI Insurance
* Equipment provided, including iPad, Mobile phone, Surveying equipment
To be considered for the role of Residential Surveyor you must have the following:
* Minimum AssocRICS
* Registered Valuer status
* Own Car
* Experience in Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
* Undertaking Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys
* Attendance of online staff meetings
