Role responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of approximately 500 personal tax clients
* Preparing and reviewing personal tax returns
* Providing advice on trust tax returns and residency issues
* Supporting junior staff through training, mentoring, and reviewing their work
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering proactive and tailored advice
* Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and staying updated on relevant legislation
* Assisting with the firm’s strategic plans, including contributing to business development initiatives

Candidate requirements
* Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CTA, ACA, or ACCA) with significant experience in personal tax
* Experience managing a client portfolio and preparing and reviewing personal tax returns
* Knowledge of trust tax returns and residency issues is highly desirable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
* Proven ability to manage and mentor junior staff effectively
* Ambition to progress to a Director role in the future
