Ready to hit the road and be trusted to do the job right?\nWe're hiring an experienced Mobile Fitter to join a growing team based out of the Bristol depot - servicing a modern fleet of Telescopic Handlers at customer sites across the region.\n\nIf you take pride in solving problems fast and getting machines back to work, this is your kind of role.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\n\nCarrying out on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs\n\nWorking independently across multiple customer locations\n\nMaintaining telehandlers to the highest standard\n\nAccurately reporting jobs using a tablet-based system\n\nManaging your own workload and parts stock\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nNVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plant Maintenance (or equivalent)\n\nStrong background as a plant or diesel mechanic\n\nUK driving licence (max 3 penalty points)\n\nConfidence working independently on-site\n\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills\n\nGood spoken and written English\n\nBonus If You Have:\n\nA valid CSCS card\n\nFamiliarity with telehandlers, site machinery, or similar plant\n\nYou'll Bring:\n\nA "get it done" mindset - calm under pressure\n\nAbility to prioritise and stay flexible with workloads\n\nClear, confident communication - whether the fix is quick or complex\n\nA proactive, customer-focused attitude\n\nWhat's In It for You?\n\nUp to £45,000 basic salary\n\nUp to 25 days holiday + bank holidays\n\nExtra day off for your birthday!\n\nFull benefits package & employee perks\n\nGreat team culture and full support - even on the road\n\n (plant fitter/service engineer/mobile engineer/field engineer/plant mechanic/mobile fitter)\n\nINDHP If you would like to know more about this position, then please forward your CV to (url removed) immediately.
