The Important Details:
Salary: £25,800 (pro-rata)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 12PM - 5PM (some flexibility possible, but afternoons of all 5 days need to be covered)
Location: Warrington (own transport essential)
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH
Holiday: 25 days + bank hols, birthday off (pro rata)

Your Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be:
• Answering inbound calls and emails.
• Booking reservations and sorting out any changes.
• Helping customers with queries and handling complaints (with the full support of a great team!)
What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience within Customer Service.
• A friendly, outgoing personality & confidence on the phone.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
