Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday Friday 9am-5pm.

About the role
As a Leasehold and Homeownership Officer, youll be the go-to expert for our homeowner customers - handling a wide range of complex queries around leases, transfers, property management, and service charges. Youll play a vital role in ensuring our customers feel supported, informed, and confident in their homes.
