Programme Management Office Officer
Location: Durrington
Salary: £40,000–£45,000
Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite (Tue–Thu)
Contract: Permanent (flexible working considered)
Are you ready to be the glue that holds transformational programmes together? We're looking for a proactive and adaptable Programme Management Officer (PMO) to support our expanding Procurement and Commercial programme portfolio. This is your chance to make a real impact across strategic initiatives like Source to Pay (S2P), Electric Vehicles, and Accommodation—with more exciting programmes on the horizon.
What You’ll Do
1. Provide programme support across delivery workstreams, ensuring plans, milestones, and reporting are maintained
2. Own and manage RAID logs, change logs, and programme health checks
3. Act as the central interface between Procurement, Commercial, Corporate Transformation, Digital, and Finance teams
4. Consolidate reporting to portfolio level, enabling a functional-wide view of progress
5. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture minutes to keep everyone aligned
6. Analyse lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across programme delivery
What You’ll Bring
7. Experience in PMO or programme/project support roles
8. Strong grasp of programme methodologies (APM, PMP, Prince2, MSP, PMO)
9. Comfortable working across any project size or sector—water industry or procurement knowledge is a bonus, not a must
10. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
11. Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); MS Project or Planner is a plus
Desirable Extras
12. Agile, SAFE, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, ADKAR change management experience
13. Utility sector or water industry exposure

Package
This role will be full time Monday to Friday with a hybrid approach to working between our Durrington office and home.
