Due to continued growth and contract expansion, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee operations on a large, static retail site. The Role As Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of FM services across a flagship retail environment. This is a site-based role, managing both hard and soft services, ensuring compliance, performance, and client satisfaction at all times. You will act as the key point of contact for the client, leading on service delivery, commercial performance, and continuous improvement across the contract.
