We are now looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something from the very beginning and help shape a positive, inclusive environment where residents and staff truly thrive.
00 per hour with paid breaks

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital part in helping residents enjoy each day with comfort, independence and dignity. You will support them with personal care and daily routines, follow individual care plans, and be a reassuring presence throughout the day.
Whether you are offering companionship, helping with meals or encouraging residents to take part in social activities, your care will help create a warm and fulfilling environment where people feel respected and at ease.
A Health and Social Care qualification at SVQ or NVQ Level 2 is preferred, along with at least six months of experience in a similar role, but we welcome applications from those with the right attitude and transferable skills.
