You will kickstart your Human Resources (HR) career by joining our fast paced Resourcing Team for a period of 12-18 months, before moving into our HR Operations team working alongside our centres of excellence. During your time on the Graduate Programme, you will: Get to know the Galliford Try businesses Build and develop your expertise in areas such as Resourcing, Early Careers, HR Administration, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Reward, Talent Management and Learning and Development. Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening candidates through verbal and written communication, coordinating interviews, and managing offers. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including business managers and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment and employment experience. Gain exposure to all aspects of HR operations, including employee data management, administration and policy support. Develop key skills, working closely with experienced professionals across Resourcing, HR Operations, Reward, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion and Learning and Development. Progress into a broader HR generalist role, contributing to operational excellence and supporting the employee lifecycle processes. You will also get the opportunity to work on exciting HR projects that support our Employee Value Proposition and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion journey. This role is available for a September 2025 start, with the possibility of an earlier start date to suit yourself and the business. As part of the graduate programme, you will be expected to work in and around our UK based offices. As part of the future progression of the role, there will be an increased level of travelling to our offices and locations around the UK. Who are we? What are we looking for?
