You’ll bring creativity, commercial instinct, and excellent project and event management skills — including leading on our flagship Members’ Day in November 2026 and attending regional member events throughout the year.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, supportive and fun fundraising team that values innovation, collaboration and lived experience. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Fundraising, Communications, CRM and Involvement, and you’ll have regular opportunities to meet our members and service users.
What you’ll do

* Use data and insight to improve supporter journeys and CRM processes.
* Manage and develop the Membership Officer.
* Produce regular reports and analysis to inform strategy.
* Manage the membership budget and ensure best value.
* Experience working in a membership organisation or with subscription products.
* Experience managing staff or volunteers.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Confidence using data to drive decisions and improvements.
* Charity experience.
