Criteria: Must be able to drive both automatic and manual cars.
What You’ll Do
Supporting a person 1:1 in their home
Provide personal and clinical care
Assist with medication, housing needs, appointments, and daily routines
Encourage social participation and independence
Whether it’s helping someone feel confident in their own home or supporting them at a community event, you’ll play a vital role in helping people feel safe, empowered, and connected
This role can involve lone working, with on-call support available 24 hours a day.

You’ll Need
* UK Driving Licence and ability to drive both automatic and manual cars
* Access to your own car would be advantageous
* Flexibility to work shift patterns (day, evening, or weekend)
