The Role
Based out of the firm's growing Glasgow office, you will have the opportunity to take on an engaging mixed caseload resulting from an enviable client base.
The team is led by an outstanding litigator who has joined from one of the leading international firms in the country. This role sits alongside this individual to support them in spearheading practice development. As one of two senior lawyers in the team, you will be responsible for determining the strategic direction of the commercial litigation department and have significant managerial input.
Acting in both the Sheriff Court and Court of Session, you will work across a range of corporate and commercial disputes such as breach of contract, misrepresentation, supply chain disputes and directors' duties to name just a few.
Furthermore, the litigation will span the full spectrum of sectors, from energy, financial services, technology, transport and more, making for an engaging position.
