The Opportunity We're seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide maternity cover for our CEO, Ben Putley, during a pivotal period in Alkimi's growth. This isn't just a temporary role, it's a chance to be at the heart of a company transforming how digital advertising works, with exposure to blockchain innovation, strategic partnerships with industry giants. What You'll Do Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Management Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, coordinating with Sui Foundation leadership, Fortune 500 clients, and global investors. Organise high-stakes meetings including board sessions, investor updates, and monthly business review meetings. Coordinate international travel, including upcoming executive trips and major events. Project & Event Coordination Understand and coordinate investor relations and tracker, ensuring the CEO is on top of his action plan. Managing internal comms between senior team members upwards to the CEO, ensuring the CEO’s time is protected when needed. Organising large-scale industry events, such as Cannes Lions, and various conferences in multiple continents, with regular travel planning to India, New York and APAC Organise team off-sites, strategic planning sessions, and company-wide initiatives Business Operations Support Manage confidential documentation for fundraising, partnerships, and GTM activities Support hiring processes, particularly for senior roles like our Head of Operations Coordinate with our distributed team across Legal, Operations, and Product divisions Communication & Administration Draft and manage executive communications Prepare board materials and investor updates Make considered decisions for CEO Act as the gatekeeper and the first point of contact for the CEO What We're Looking For Essential Experience 3-5 years supporting C-suite executives, ideally in high-growth start up environments Proven ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion Experience managing complex international schedules and travel arrangements Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Making decisions based on data and knowledge without needing reassurance. Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and modern productivity tools, including AI Familiarity with project management tools Basic understanding of monthly reporting to project manage and run monthly business reviews.
