What you’ll be doing:
* Design, implement and continuously evolve the product operating model at AXA UK.
* Drive alignment between strategy, delivery and operational execution across the product organisation.
* Establish and lead planning rhythms and rituals that align tribe activities across AXA UK.
* Embed and scale planning hierarchy to ensure consistent prioritisation and execution across all levels.
* Track and report progress against strategic objectives, surfacing risks and enabling course correction where needed.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor product delivery, team performance, and business value.
* Provide data-driven insights to product leaders and executive stakeholders to inform prioritisation and investment decisions.
* Support establishment and running of Product and Agile communities of practice to uplift skills and maturity.

What you’ll bring:
* Extensive experience in product-aligned delivery, product operations, or design/delivery leadership within large, complex organisations.
* Deep understanding of product management, agile delivery, and technology-enabled transformation.
* Experience shaping operating models and governance for product‑led organisations.
* Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage senior stakeholders in a matrix environment.
* Strong capabilities in designing and implementing planning rhythms, rituals, and portfolio coordination across tribes.
* Proficiency in data analytics, dashboards, metrics, and decision‑support for product strategy.
* Experience building communities of practice and capabilities development across product, design, and delivery domains.
* Strategic thinker with a delivery mindset and excellent communication skills.
