Planning Logistics Operations: Develop logistics strategies during pre-construction. Assist Project/Tender Teams: Formulate and update project-specific logistics plans, including laydown areas, plant movement routes, delivery booking systems, and labour projections Logistics Awareness Training: Create and deliver training programs for logistics teams. Oversee Consolidation Centre Manage the offsite consolidation centre and delivery plans Health & Safety and Quality Standards Maintain and improve company standards Client and Internal Communication: Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met Asset and Plant Management Manage tools, plant ordering, and hiring, and work with our supply chain for efficient operations Logistics Lessons Learned Share insights and improvements across VVB group projects Experience / Qualities: Proven record in construction logistics, specifically in M&E works Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)- CSCS Black Manager or CPCS A61 certification SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) qualification Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and manage a multicultural workforce If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for logistics and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you.
