What You'll Be Doing
* Leading mechanical design delivery from early concept through to completion
* Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and architects
* Taking ownership of project quality, technical delivery, and coordination
* Mentoring and developing junior engineers
* Supporting the wider team with project strategy and problem solving
* Contributing to winning new work and growing client relationships
What They're Looking For
* Strong experience in mechanical building services design (consultancy background)
* A track record of delivering projects across sectors such as commercial, residential or mixed‑use
* Confidence in leading projects and managing clients directly
* Solid technical knowledge across HVAC design and UK regulations
* Someone who enjoys collaborative, design‑focused environments
* Chartered or working towards chartership (preferred)
