Our client, the No1 motor trade employer in the UK, is looking to recruit an experienced Warranty Administrator
Working within a VERY prestigious franchised dealership, being part of a successful team
Key Duties:
7. As Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for costing and invoicing all warranty jobs.
8. You will ensure the accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis and ensure recalls are administered and warranty debt is controlled.
9. You will also ensure manufacturer standards are adhered to at all times.
10. You will be responsible for recovering the cost of any work covered by insurance, guarantee or warranty.
11. Making claims from the manufacturer in line with the company and manufacturers policy
12. Assessing the validity of all warranty claims
13. Preparing invoices, submitting all supporting documents to the manufacturer within specified deadlines
14. Administering and calculating job costings
15. Job card preparation
About you:
16. Previous experience in an administrative capacity is essential.
17. Knowledge of the motor industry and the Kerridge system would also be advantageous, however, this is not crucial for the right candidate.
18. Ideally, you will have excellent organisational skills and be able to handle conflicting demands whilst able to identify priorities in a highly demanding environment.
19. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong, cooperative relationships with customers & colleagues are also a must.

£27, basic
£33, OTE
