Great Opportunity for a Technical Project Delivery Manager who has experience of working on Voucher, Discount Codes or Pricing Projects. The role is working for a high profile company in Reading with 2 day a week hybrid working and an initial 6 month contract.
This offers the chance to be involved with a new capability that this company are launching with regards to voucher codes/discounts. Responsible for managing the demand of voucher discount campaigns requiring cross-team collaboration across technical, business, and operational pricing teams. Work effectively with 3rd parties, for delivery and performance, and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage the internal demand roadmap of Voucher campaigns. Work with Commercial and Technical teams to develop a long-term roadmap, balancing business needs and technical capability.
* Manage the Voucher campaign execution, ensuring requirements for campaigns captured and delivered, ensuring timely and effective execution.
* Oversee the completion of campaign templates and front door requests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Oversee the appropriate logging of campaigns and share updates on campaign progress, ensuring stakeholders/business owners are regularly informed.
* Work closely with the Go-to-Market (GTM) team to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives.
* Collaborate closely with Pricing Governance to ensure compliance with internal policies.
* Collaborate with 3rd party suppliers, holding them to account for delivery and performance, and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
* Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
* Drive process improvements enhancing the way we work and promoting efficiencies
Experience Needed:
* Technical implementation/deployment/delivery experience on projects that are based around pricing or vouchers/codes
* Strong technical understanding, with operational experience in pricing or voucher management
* Highly data literate, with the ability to analyse and interpret complex data sets
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines
* Understanding of marketing and commercial strategy, with the ability to help develop and execute plans that drive business growth
