Position
Care Supervisor at Birch Place, Crowthorne, Berkshire.
Salary & Hours
Hourly rate: £16.25 per hour for day shifts and £12.65 for sleeping night shifts, plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
Hours: 33.5 per week (mix of day and sleeping night shifts). Day shifts run 08:45‑16:30 or 16:15‑09:30. Night shifts run 21:30‑09:00. Care Supervisors sleep 23:00‑07:00 providing emergency support.

Support the management and smooth running of a thriving community of active and independent older people, ensuring they live their best lives in elegant apartments.
About You
* Warm, friendly, organised, and self‑motivated with experience in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
* Desire to work in Health and Social Care; preferably holding a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification, otherwise alternative qualifications and relevant experience considered.
* Ready to manage the security of the development, caring for the safety and wellbeing of homeowners, and overseeing Care and Support teams.
* Able to coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen community spirit.
* Driven to grow skills, lead by example, and think on feet.
* Able to make a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
