Salary: £70,000 per annum, plus company benefits

Contract: Full Time
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am until 5:30pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break

Purpose of role
The Client Relationship Manager oversees design and communication projects within the Presentations and Creative Services group, acting as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors. This role collaborates with the Account Director, Creative Director, Art Directors, Senior Designers, Project Managers, Presentations Operators and Supervisors, and Global Workflow Coordinators to assess client needs, develop cost estimates, and ensure seamless project execution. Serving as the face of Williams Lea Presentations and Creative Services, this position builds and maintains senior-level relationships with clients and suppliers, fostering an environment of elevated service and identifying growth opportunities.

Anticipating client needs and identifying improvements are key to fostering long-term partnerships and driving success.
■ Client Relationship Management: Assess needs, recommend solutions, and oversee budgets and timelines for project success.
■ Strategic Guidance: Convert client briefs into strategic, creative design concepts aligned with objectives, pushing creative boundaries.
■ Trust & Credibility: Build strong relationships through effective communication, ensuring designs exceed expectations and enhance presentations.
■ Leadership & Collaboration: Lead within the creative team, leveraging expertise to navigate client relationships, external vendors, and deliver visual solutions.
■ Project Execution: Coordinate with internal and external teams to manage projects from start to finish.
■ Problem-Solving & Innovation: Use creative problem-solving to address challenges, resolve issues, and improve department productivity.
■ Multi-Project Management: Manage multiple projects and clients efficiently, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
■ Process Optimization: Develop strategies to meet communication goals and streamline workflows.
■ Brand & Quality Control: Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and maintain high quality.
■ Issue Resolution & Escalation: Handle client escalations proactively and communicate major issues to leadership.
■ Continuous Improvement: Use client feedback to refine processes and meet expectations.
■ Client Advisory: Collaborate with the Creative Director to inform clients about new services and capabilities.
■ Stakeholder Engagement: Manage perceptions and expectations of end-users and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Financial responsibilities include meeting targets within strict controls, collaborating on new business, monitoring budgets, managing invoices, financial reporting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance.
Job qualifications
■ Education: Bachelor's degree or substantial relevant experience.
■ Experience: At least 5 years in advertising or creative services, preferably in-house or agency.
■ Industry Knowledge: Understanding of design workflows, approval processes, and relevant software.
■ Execution Skills: Experience managing digital, print, and web projects.
■ Client Management: Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
■ Adaptability: Capable of multitasking and handling high-pressure deadlines.
■ Decision-Making & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for managing complex operations.
■ Confidentiality & Integrity: Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
■ Communication & Software Skills: Excellent in written/verbal communication; proficient in MS Office, Adobe CS.
■ Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and time management skills.
■ Financial Acumen: Ability to interpret budgets and financial reports.
