Senior IT Support Engineer (L3) - MSP
Mid Ulster | £40,000 - £45,000 | Office/Field-based (5 days on-site)
The Opportunity
Were working with a well-established Managed Services Provider in Mid Ulster that is experiencing significant growth and looking to bring in a Senior IT Support Engineer (L3) to strengthen their technical team. This is a hands‑on, senior role where youll play a key part in delivering projects, onboarding new clients, and acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues. Youll be joining a tight‑knit team and working directly with senior leadership, with real ownership and impact from day one.
What Youll Be Doing
* Leading the setup and onboarding of new client environments
* Deploying and configuring Microsoft 365 tenancies
* Installing and configuring servers, firewalls, and networking equipment
* Acting as the senior escalation point for complex IT issues
* Supporting a range of client environments across NI and the UK
* Visiting client sites regularly to deliver hands‑on support
* Working closely with internal team members to improve service delivery
What Were Looking For
* Proven experience in a senior IT support / L3 role
* Strong hands‑on experience with:
o Microsoft 365 / tenancy setup
o Servers and infrastructure
o Firewalls, routers, and networking
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical delivery
* Comfortable in a client‑facing environment
* Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites
MSP experience is desirable but not essential.
