We are looking for aSoftware Trainer (Implementation Specialist)to join our growing team and support our new clients as they onboard and learn the system.
This is afull-time, permanentposition with lots of room forgrowthand the chance to be part of an amazing remote team that is passionate about service and technology.
Main Responsibilities Include:
* Delivering virtual training sessions and onboarding calls to new customers
* Creating implementation plans tailored to client needs
* Assisting users in learning how to use the software efficiently
* Tracking training milestones and keeping clients on track for launch
* Documenting all interactions and progress in Salesforce CRM
* Collaborating with the support team to ensure a smooth post-training transition
* Customer support for 50,000+ users of the software
* General administrative duties as needed
* Contributing to knowledge base articles and resources when needed
