Overview
Join Medacs Healthcare as a PIP Functional Assessor and use your clinical expertise in a rewarding hybrid role based in Sunderland. You will assess, discuss, and report on how conditions impact daily living through face-to-face and telephone assessments as an experienced registered Nurse, Paramedic, Physiotherapist, or Occupational Therapist.
Responsibilities
* Assess and report on how patients’ conditions impact daily living
* Conduct face-to-face and telephone assessments
* Produce clear, accurate reports documenting findings
Essential Qualifications
* Current, unrestricted NMC/HCPC registration
* PIP Assessor: Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD); HCPC Registered Paramedics, Physiotherapists, or Occupational Therapists
* Minimum 1-year post-registration UK experience (NHS or private healthcare)
