A leading national law firm are seeking an NQ Associate to join their Court of Protection team in Basingstoke, Hampshire
You will advise individuals, their families, carers, trustees, beneficiaries and other professionals on a broad range of issues arising from catastrophic personal injury including serious brain injury. You will work closely with the Court of Protection, the individual and their family to ensure all decisions are made in the families best interests.
You will have your own caseload of clients with the support of a senior member of the team and a paralegal.
You will have between 0-2 years PQE with experience in Court of Protection from a well regarded law firm.
