This diverse and vibrant school is looking for a friendly experienced Personal Assistant to join their team.
This is a full time role and the normal hours will be between 8.00am - 4.00pm, You will also need to be available for 5 days each week.

Some of the responsibilities to be considered for this role:
6. A supportive and collaborative working environment within a highly regarded educational institution
7. Opportunities for professional development and career progression
8. To be responsible for managing the Headteacher's diary, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently, and conflicts are resolved promptly
9. You will manage other staff in the School Office, supporting them in providing an efficient, friendly and professional front line service for staff, parents, pupils and visitors
10. Dealing with all phone calls and personal enquiries efficiently and professionally
11. Arranging and assisting with meetings as requested, including booking rooms, providing refreshments, preparation of materials and minute taking, in order to ensure their timeliness and smooth-running
12. Meeting and greeting the Headteacher's visitors, displaying due courtesy and tact to ensure that visitors are welcomed into a friendly and professional environment
13. Responsibility for collating exclusion, suspension, appeals, investigations and complaints documentation paperwork
The required skills for this position are listed below:
14. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting
15. Eligibility to work in the UK (essential)
16. DBS on a update service is a must or willingness to get a new one
17. Provide specific references
18. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
19. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, parents, and external stakeholders
20. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
21. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
